What we collect

When you request a free preview, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number (optional), and email address. If you go on to use the service, we also collect the photos you choose to send us—both the photos of your own face used to train your private model, and the original photos you want transformed.

How we use it

We use your contact information to send you your private upload link, your preview, and updates about your order. We use your photos only to train your private face model and produce your face-swapped previews and final images. Every swap is reviewed by a human on our team before it's sent to you—we don't ship anything automated and unreviewed.

Photo retention and deletion

Your photos are used only for the order you submitted them for. We do not use your photos or your trained face model to train any shared or general-purpose model, and we do not reuse them for any other customer's order.

• Finished files are retained only as long as needed to deliver your order and handle any revisions you request.
• All source photos and your private face model are deleted within 30 days of delivery.
• You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us—see Contact below.

Consent and likeness

We only produce face swaps using your own likeness, or a face you confirm you are authorized to use with documented consent from that person. We may ask you to confirm this before starting work. This policy exists to keep the service from being used to impersonate or deceive someone without their knowledge.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or your photos. We use a small number of service providers to operate the business—for example, secure database hosting to store your contact details, and hosting infrastructure to run this website. These providers only process data on our behalf and don't have independent rights to use it.

Payment

You are never charged until you review and approve your private preview. We do not store full payment card details ourselves; payment is handled by a third-party payment processor at the time you approve your order.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it—including your photos and trained face model—at any time. To do so, email us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
