Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Current's face-swap service ("the service"). By requesting a preview or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use this service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You may only submit photos of your own face, or a face you are authorized to use with the documented, informed consent of that person. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use every photo you send us.

How the service works

  • You send us photos of your own face so we can train a private face model.
  • You choose the original photos you want your likeness blended into, from our library or your own uploads.
  • We produce a private preview and review it by hand before sending it to you.
  • You review the preview. You are only charged if you approve it.

Payment and refunds

The service costs $300 per order. No payment is collected upfront—you are only charged after you've reviewed your private preview and chosen to approve it. If you don't approve your preview, you owe nothing. Once you approve an order and payment is collected, that order is final; if something is wrong with what you receive, contact us and we'll work to make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Create images of a real person without their knowledge and consent.
  • Impersonate someone, or deceive another person about who they're speaking or matching with.
  • Produce content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to harass or defame anyone.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe violates these terms, with a full refund if payment was already collected.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you send us and the images we deliver to you. You grant us a limited license to use your photos solely to produce your order. See our Privacy Policy for how long we retain your photos.

No guarantee of outcomes

We aim for natural, convincing results, but we can't guarantee a specific outcome, matching performance, or that a particular platform will accept the images. The service is provided "as is."

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Current Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
